Oxford Attorney Search is a Richmond, Virginia-based boutique search firm dedicated solely to the recruitment and placement of attorneys in law firms and corporations.  We accept assignments to fill permanent full-time positions only and we can perform searches at all levels using either contingency or retainer fee agreements.
